Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We will verify insurance benefits prior to first appointment. You will be responsible for co-pays or deductibles at time of service. If we are out of network, we can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is up to you to verify whether or not your insurance company will reimburse for out of network services.
Cost Per Session: $80 - $180
*Sliding Scale Fees are available for those that are self-paying clients.
Payment:
Cash, check, major credit cards, and HSA cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $50.
